Description: You haven’t truly carved your way down a mountain until you’ve conquered the Monashee’s. Eagle Pass Heliskiing is more than a vacation, it’s a pilgrimage taking you to a place with champagne powder and mountains as far as your eye can see. Talented and experienced guides take you up, up and beyond the usual well-tracked terrain, into an unspoiled and endless ski-paradise. Exclusively flying A-Star helicopters that can land on tighter mountain features, you’ll be able to ride spectacular lines until the natural light or your legs call it a day.

Arrival Instructions: Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is the closest major airport to our operation, serviced by connecting flights from Calgary AB, Vancouver BC, Seattle WA and Los Angeles CA. Most guests coming to Eagle Pass Heliskiing from the United States would reach Kelowna by a connecting flight through Seattle.
Guests from outside North America would connect through Vancouver BC or Calgary AB. The three main airlines servicing Kelowna are Horizon Air/Alaska Airlines, West Jet, and Air Canada.

Departure Instructions: Leave after skiing on the last day back to Kelowna International Airport (YLW). If you require accommodation in Kelowna before or after your trip, our partnering hotel is Four Points by Sheraton. The Four Points by Sheraton is located directly across from the Kelowna International Airport and is a great place to start or finish your vacation with us. Eagle Pass Heliskiing guests receive a special rate at Four Points by Sheraton.
Cancellation Policy: Heliski packages are booked directly through the EPH office. A non-refundable deposit and completed registration form are required within two weeks of the booking date to confirm the reservation. The deposits for all of the packages are 30% of the after tax package price.
Final payment is required 90 days prior to commencement of the package or November 1st, whichever comes first. If booking less than 90 days prior to the start of the ski package the full payment is due upon booking. All rates and prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. A 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) is not included in any of the ski package prices. If a guest lives outside of Canada and books a Multi-Day Lodge-based Heliskiing package that includes accommodation/meals then only 2.5% tax is applied.
Payment details are outlined on the EPH Payment Authorization form. EPH accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Transfers and Interac Email Money Transfers (Interac Transfers limited to $3,000 CAD per transaction).
Trip Insurance: Trip cancellation/interruption and medical insurance is available for Visitors to Canada and Canadians. For your peace of mind and to avoid any financial hardship that an unexpected cancellation, interruption or medical emergency could cause, we strongly recommend contacting Uniglobe Specialty Travel to receive trip insurance details and a quote.
Please note that the medical / travel insurance purchased should include emergency medical transportation.
